What's the different between KristallTurm and other manufacturers?
- Our high ropes courses are self-supporting low-maintenance steel structures.
- We don’t have predetermined routes. Visitors choose their own way.
How are visitors secured while climbing?
In the regular climbing levels visitors are secured via the CLiC-iT system that consists of two communicating carabiner hooks. If one carabiner is open, the other one stays locked. So it’s not possible to unhook oneself completely, at any time.
Can small children use the high ropes course?
With the integration of a Kids‘ Course, which is designed for small children, the whole family can take part in the climbing adventure. The Kids’ Course is mounted in a height of approximately 60 – 100 cm above the ground.
Am I able to extend my KristallTurm aerial adventure course later on?
Yes. With additional poles more climbing elements can be fitted to the structure. Also we provide a wide range of add-on attractions, which can be attached later on.
Can the games be exchanged or renewed?
Our standardized system makes it possible to simply exchange climbing elements at any time. So new challenges can be built easily from time to time. This preserves the facility’s attractiveness even to regular visitors.
Is a KristallTurm high ropes course barrier-free?
Basically no, because obstacles and barriers are intentionally built in ropes courses to work on problem-solution-strategies. BUT we can integrate routes suitable for wheelchairs in the low and high ropes levels of our facilities.
How long does it take to build a KristallTurm high ropes course?
Time of assembly always depends on the size of the tower and its add-ons. Therefore it can take between two and five weeks. Also consider a production time of at least three months.
Can I use the platform separately?
Yes. Also visitors without Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) can access the event platforms and observation decks. So you can use them for extraordinary events.
